Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your Account Dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the near future!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. For more details, please view our Terms & Conditions.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We pack every item with extreme care, but accidents during transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be changed.
